Shipping:

  • While we try to ensure adequate stock of games on hand to meet all orders, we could sometimes get caught in between having them manufactured and shipped to us. If this happens and there are no available games at that given time, you will be notified by either phone, email or by us having it posted on our website making you aware of the delay ahead of time, when it is possible to do so.
  • All purchasing customers buying 6 games or less will be receiving their products by confirmation priority mail from the United States Post Office arrival within 5-7 business days after processing. For vendors or establishments, we may use UPS Ground/Air service depending on the amount of games purchased.

  • With confirmation priority mailing we try to have your shipment to you in 5-7 working days after processing your order, however in dire situations, uncontrollable circumstances or a stock shortage please allow up to 6-8 weeks for delivery in these situations. If this should happen you will be notified by email, phone or if you have questions concerning your late delivery you can contact us on our contact web page or the number listed above.
  • Any local duties and/or taxes due upon delivery are the responsibility of the purchaser for all International shipments.
  • International priority confirmation shipping is costly, but rather quick. If you prefer to have a longer delivery time to save some money then email us first before placing an order to find out more info about possibly obtaining cheaper postage.


Guarantee/Returns:

  • Rollemshowem.com is committed to providing fast and reliable service and processing of your order. We begin processing your order immediately. This short processing window makes cancellations of orders difficult. Please read further for details regarding returns.
  • Rollemshowem.com extends a 30-day guarantee from the date of confirmation of delivery for all orders.
  • The Roll'em Show'em game may be returned for a refund less the original shipping /handling charges. However, you must submit a copy of the invoice/shipping order statement along with all pieces, deck of unopened cards and in original packaging of the game which must be included for your refund.
  • All returned chipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any game being returned with an opened deck of cards, or having placed the stickers on the Big Task Die will be charged a 20 % restocking/handling fee of their total purchased price per that game mentioned, the remainder amount of refund will be granted and refunded depending on the satisfactory condition of the rest of the pieces of the said returned game, within your 30-day grace period.
  • When calling within your 30-day grace period to have pieces of your game replaced due to the possibility of not having all of them in the container, you must have your mailing confirmation number available from your actual shipping package. This enables us to make sure that you are the paying/mailing customer who made or received the purchase.
  • When wanting to have a defective part of the game replaced, you must mail us the original defective part with a copy of your invoice/shipping statement. When we receive the defective part along with the copy of your invoice/shipping statement, we will send you out the new part ASAP.

  • Again we suggest that you use a delivery service choice that has package tracking, proving that you have had it sent and delivered to us and that we are assured of getting our product back. All customers are responsible for the postage of returned merchandise.
